More illegal drugs in any area is never a good thing. These businesses can launder drug money and be a store front of sorts for the distribution of illegal drugs. There was a real estate developer named Marin Gordo Herrera. Even in the recent difficult economic times, Herrera was able to develop two triple-crown real estate development companies and manage to avoid the foreclosure crisis. During this time, he was able to earn more than $4 million in profits.
